Because Everybody Loves Chocolate
So this is a recipe that we have been enjoying for a while and we thought it was about time to share it. A friend of mine gave it to me a while ago and in that same spirit we're passing it on. This brownie recipe is quick, easy, delicious, and in my mind, everything that a brownie ought to be. Give it a try and let us know what you think!

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

Mix oil, sugar and vanilla essence together.
Add the eggs and beat well.
Sift in flour and cocoa.
Then add in the salt and baking powder and mix well.
Pour mixture into a well greased medium sized baking tin.
Bake for 20 - 23 minutes.
Allow to cool in pan.
